UPS Basic is a shipping service that is similar to UPS Ground in that UPS picks up the package, tracks the package, but then will deliver it to your local Post Office. International Discount: Shipping Discounts for International orders will be determined by the weight of the entire package and will be a calculated rate from the United States Post Office plus a $2.00 handling fee.
