The Cricut Expression is a much larger unit than the Cricut Create or the Cricut Personal Electronic Cutter, meant to stay on a work table or in a media room. The good thing is that all Cricut models use the same cartridges and the same blade housings and blades. The Cricut Expression is a way to cut letters, shapes, and phrases in impressive sizes using the 12″ x 24″ mat or the 12″ x 12″ mat. The possibilities are endless with this larger machine, allowing you to create bigger die cuts for classroom decor, scrapbook layouts, signage, and so much more. We use UPS Basic Ground Shipping for items weighing less than 5 lbs and UPS Ground Shipping for items weighing more than 5 lbs. We offer faster shipping methods for an upgraded price by phone if you wish to receive your package faster than the standard shipping method. United States Other: We currently ship USPS to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, Military Addresses, and other Us Locations outside the 48 Continental US. We ship First Class Mail(5 days) for items weighing under 13oz and under and we ship Parcel Post(2-9 days) for items weighing over 13 oz. Many of times items shipped Parcel Post to places like Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, etc can take up to 3 weeks. If you would like to upgrade your shipping method then please call us and we will be happy to assist you. International Shipping: We currently ship Priority Mail International (6-10 days/ not guaranteed) and Express Mail International (5 Days/ not guaranteed) worldwide. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your countries customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. Product warranty for International orders may be void depending on International location. Domestic Light Discount: Shipping Discounts for Light Items (Under 5 lbs) – Shipping is full price for the most expensive shipping item and $1.00 for each additional item purchased from us. For FREE Shipping items, you will not be charged for any additional FREE items. Domestic Heavy Discount: Shipping Discounts for Heavy Items (5 lbs and over) – Shipping will be a calculated shipping rate for all items over 6 lbs plus $1.00 for each additional for item(s) weighing under 5lbs. For FREE Shipping items, you will not be charged for any additonal shipping charges. What is UPS Basic? UPS Basic is a shipping service that is similar to UPS Ground in that UPS picks up the package, tracks the package, but then will deliver it to your local Post Office. From there your local post office will then deliver it to your home by your regular postal carrier within 24-48 hours. International Discount: Shipping Discounts for International orders will be determined by the weight of the entire package and will be a calculated rate from the United States Post Office plus a $2.00 handling fee. To receive your combined shipping discount it is very important that you do not pay for each item individually. Instead, purchase each item that you would like from us and then visit our checkout for payment within 7 days. Your shipping will be automatically combined for you at that time. In the case that your invoice is not automatically combined, please contact us and we will combine it for you. If you pay for items separately, you will not receive a shipping discount. We do accept returns and exchanges. All products must be returned to us in new condition. There is a 15% restocking fee or $10 for all Returns, whichever is greater. This fee is waived for exchanges (you can choose to exchange your product for any product in our store of equal or greater value). Shipping costs on returns and exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. If you would like to return or exchange a product, please e-mail us before returning it. All returns and exchanges must be received by Angel Scraps within 30 days of purchase. For items purchased between November 1 and December 25, the return period is extended to January 31. We guarantee that your item will arrive as advertised in perfect condition. If you find any defects with your merchandise, please contact us within 30 days and we’ll exchange it.
